The Whyalla Rifle Club founded in 1925 is for Fullbore & F-Class Target Rifle competitions.

Visitors are welcome and target shooting is held on most Saturday afternoons.

You are invited to try out this sport. Just report to the range officer on the day and if no prior arrangements have been made and he/she will arrange for a rifle, assistance and ammunition for you to try out the sport.

The Rifle Range has a clubhouse for refreshments and recreation after the days competition.

Entry to the range is made from Lincoln Highway onto Horseshoe Road (First left turn once over bridge/drainage channel.)

Please observe all safety signage on entry.

We compete with other clubs arround the state in team shoots and attend Open Prize Meetings throughout the year at different venues

Each State has what is called a Queens Competition annually at which registered members attempt to win the highly prized top badges.
